By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Simon IT, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Simon IT SMS Program

Simon IT uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers regarding IT services and their existing or requested business relationship with Simon IT.

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

• IT support requests and responses

• Technical support and troubleshooting

• Support ticket updates

• Service appointments and scheduling

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Simon IT.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Simon IT, your support requests, service activity, appointments, and other communications.

Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS/MMS messages according to the terms of your mobile service plan.

Simon IT does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS program.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Simon IT at any time.

Reply STOP to any Simon IT text message to opt out.

After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, Simon IT will no longer send SMS messages to that number unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

You may reply START to resubscribe where supported.

7. Supported Carriers and Message Delivery

SMS availability and delivery are subject to your wireless carrier and network availability.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent by Simon IT.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Simon IT cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received, as delivery may be affected by your wireless carrier, mobile device, network availability, or other circumstances outside Simon IT's control.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to Simon IT.

Information collected through the Simon IT SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate and deliver Simon IT's SMS communications.

9. Changing Your Mobile Number

If you discontinue or change the mobile telephone number you provided to Simon IT, you should notify us so that we can update our records and avoid sending messages intended for you to another person.
